Website Terms of Use

Apply to visitors of the Dropcut website (dropcut.io). They do not govern the Dropcut service itself.

01

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dropcut website at dropcut.io (the "Website"), operated by Dropcut ("Dropcut", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

02

Scope — Website Only

These Terms apply to the use of the Website only. They do not govern Dropcut's automated video editing service, which is provided to skydiving clubs under separate agreements. If you skydived at a club that uses Dropcut's service, your footage and any related deliverables are governed by the agreement between Dropcut and that club — please contact the club where you jumped for details.

Access to a club's Dropcut interface (the login area) is available only to authorised club staff and is governed by that club's subscription agreement, not by these Terms.

03

Eligibility

The Website is intended for adults. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, and, where you use it on behalf of a business such as a skydiving club, that you are authorised to act for that business.

04

Use of the Website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to:

  • interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Website;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its login area, or its related systems;
  • use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or copy Website content, except as permitted by standard search-engine indexing;
  • submit false, misleading, or unlawful content through any form on the Website;
  • upload or transmit malicious code, or use the Website to send unsolicited messages.
05

Intellectual Property and Trademarks

The Website and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, videos, design, and software — are owned by Dropcut or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Website content without Dropcut's prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the Website.

"DROPCUT", the DC mark and the Dropcut logo are trademarks of Dropcut. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them without our prior written permission.

06

Feedback and Submissions

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or other feedback about the Website or our service, you agree that we may use them freely, without any obligation or payment to you. Do not send us confidential information through the Website.

07

Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Dropcut does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and a link does not constitute an endorsement. Use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

08

Privacy

Information collected on the Website is handled in accordance with our Website Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

09

Disclaimer

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Content on the Website is for general information only and does not constitute professional advice or a binding offer. Product descriptions, pricing and performance figures shown on the Website may change without notice; the terms that apply to a club's use of the service are those in its subscription agreement.

10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dropcut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dropcut harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

12

Suspension of Access

We may suspend or block access to the Website, in whole or in part, for any user who breaches these Terms or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Website, other users, or Dropcut.

13

Changes to These Terms

Dropcut may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this Website together with its update date, and continued use of the Website after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

15

General

These Terms, together with the Website Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Dropcut regarding the Website. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; Dropcut may assign them to a successor of its business. If these Terms are translated, the English version governs.
